Growing up in rural Idaho gave me the time to dream up what the world had to offer. I loved drawing, creating and exploring, so beginning in college, I found opportunities to live where creative bodies gather; Laguna, Hawaii, Paris, San Diego, Phoenix, and now San Francisco. As a Watercolor Artist, my travels led me to sell my paintings at art festivals and galleries in those cities. While in San Diego working as a Fine Artist/Illustrator, I landed an exciting job with MediaShare, one of the first interactive educational software development companies. After 10 years as an Illustrator in the corporate world, I started my freelance illustration and animation business, which led me to work on long term projects with the biggest names in the toy, game and medical industries.
Many chapters later, I am excited to be here in the San Francisco Bay Area working as a Graphic Designer/Illustrator. Creating visual brands gives me great pride and long-lasting relationships. I have incredible clients and referral partners who value the “first impression” and rely on me to guide them on their marketing journey.
In 2014, the business partnership between Annette Frei Design and 360 Web Designs began. 360WD wanted to expand and utilize the skills of a strong Graphic Designer and I was ready to expand my business-to-business marketing. Our two companies now work side by side to offer professional brand design and responsive web development. We continue to fine-tune offerings to better serve existing and new clients, while keeping up with current trends.
When I look at my collection of experiences and interests, I see a curious being who welcomes adventure and variety with a creative outlook of someone who was never told it was impossible. I’ve had plenty of rejections in my life, but it is obvious to me that the next cool project is always waiting out there for me and I just need to be open to receiving it.
I love and am grateful for all that is possible in my life, and know my passion will show through my work. Come along with me and let’s create something fantastic.
