Picking Value-Loaded Images

Picking value-loaded images of employees to use on a website and printed brochures will make a company stand out during these strange times when many customers are complaining about the lack of service in many industries. Great company culture can be your differentiator…as long as you really do have great employees who care.

First things first. I suggest that business owners budget a photographer into their yearly marketing dollars. Nothing says ‘pride’ and ‘authenticity’ in your brand more than showing a client meeting, a person creating the product, or happy employees working well together.

Whether custom photos are taken, or stock photos are licensed, it is imperative to discuss the core values of your business and who your customer base is with your designer. He/she needs to understand where you are coming from and where you want to go so the best images can be placed in marketing materials.

The photo in this post is an excellent representation of this commercial construction company’s brand values. They have happy diverse employees who are appreciated by management. This owner wanted to show potential large project customers that they have a solid employee base that can handle big jobs. This image supports and illustrates the text in all marketing assets.

Create or choose quality, value-loaded images to get a good ROI. The trend is to show company culture so a smiling employee that shows pride in what they do will go a long way in exhibiting just that.
